Autumn colours

I love the colours of Autumn, and lovely sunny chilly days. I seem to have been inspired by the earthy woody colours around for my latest brooches.

I also couldn't resist a tiny litchen green sock made by a friend.
The perfect spot for rudolf.

That's all for now!

No time for housework!

I have been working flat out recently, I have an early morning job and my daughter has been ill off and on, and I don't seem to have any time for myself. On top of that, the critic of the house ( which needs a lot of cleaning) thinks it's not clean enough! So what do we do? We buy fabric.
And I feel better.
I've been making things for christmas sales, so here are a couple of pics showing my recent efforts.

The classic Russian dolls on lovely fabrics from Saints and Pinners and Fabric Rehab
Also some childrens jewellery.

I'm going to make some more rudolfs and gingerbread men this afternoon (If a certain little girl stays in bed!)
O.K. so that's not very likely.
